India and Russia are planning to further strengthen bilateral ties with a trade agreement. New Delhi and Moscow are in talks over a free trade agreement. India's external affairs minister S. Jaishankar said that the two sides are discussing an 'advance agreement' on a trade treaty that would bring a guarantee of bilateral investment. Ties with India and Russia have been expanding since the war in Ukraine began. Last month, Russia replaced Iraq to be India's top supplier of crude. Moscow is also among New Delhi's top five trading partners. Watch this video for details.
