The lockdown presently in force will continue until the 13th of September, the Minister of Health said.
Meanwhile, the National Hospital sources said the daily Covid admissions to the National hospital has reduced to around 400 from 700.
It is mostly attributed to herd immunity acquired due to the vaccination programme of the government.
