President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today appointed a 14-member Advisory Committee to advise the National Economic Council appointed recently.
The members of the Advisory Committee are
Dhammika Perera, Krishan Balendran, Ashroff Omar, Prof. H.D Karunaratne, Prof. Shirantha Heenkenda, Dushni Weerakoon
- Wenganadan, Dr Hans Wijesuriya, Ranjit Page, Vish Govindasamy,Suresh De Mel, Prabhash Subasingha,Duminda Hulangamuwa, Sujeewa Mudalige.
The Chair of the National Economic Council is President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, and the other members are,
Mahinda Rajapaksa, Banduala Gunawardene, Johnston Fernando, Basil Rajapaksa, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Ramesh Pathirane, Central Bank Governor Nivard Cabraal, Secretary to the President Gamini Senarath, Treasury Secretary S.R Attygalle, Deputy Governor of the CBSL Dhammika Nanayakkara.
