Notorious underworld gangster and drug trafficker Nadun Chintaka Wickramartne alias Harak Kata was arrested at an airport in Madagascar. He has arrived in a private jet and the others all eight who accompanied him were also arrested by the security forces on a red warrant issued by the International Police. They were arrested when they were trying to leave Madagascar. Reports said Hark Kata appeared to be super rich.
