Yunnan Governor Wang Yubo visited Trincomalee Harbour (China Bay), accompanied by the Chinese Ambassador in Colombo, Qi Zhenhong, and the SLPA officials. They discussed matters relating to international development cooperation.
The visiting governor held a discussion with the former Governor of Eastern Province Anuradha Yahampath too.
