Weligama police have arrested a Russian national for allegedly stealing a coffee machine and Rs 48,500 in cash belonging to a tourist hotel in Weligama. He has been arrested following an investigation conducted by the Weligama police based on the complaint made by the hotel manager. He was about to be produced before court this evening.
