The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) will start issuing electronic water bills instead of printed bills from October 01.
Accordingly , this program will initially be launched by the Colombo-South, Kandy-South, Trincomalee and Polonnaruwa regional offices on a trial basis.
Based on the outcome of the pilot project this pgrogramme is expected to be expanded across the country by January 01, next year.
