Aflatoxin contamination confirmed

The two coconut oil bowsers detected in Dambulla, have reportedly been contaminated with Aflatoxin. The Sri Lanka Standard Institute(SLSI) Tests have indicated the presence of cacogenic substance Aflatoxin in this Coconut oil. The Customs Department is awaiting Health ministry instructions to take further action.
