A coffin carried by the crowds that thronged Lipton Circus Colombo, this afternoon to protest against the actions of the President, is draped in a red cloth with the words “Sira/Sira” painted on it in Sinhala. President Sirisena must be the first of those holding the highest office of the land, to become a source of dislike and mockery even before completing one term.
