Elderly woman jabbed twice.

Authorities are probing an incident where an elderly lady was inoculated twice with the Moderna vaccine in Kandy minutes after the first jab. The victim was later admitted to the hospital after she fell ill. Police and Health authorities are inquiring into the matter.
