EPDP supporters have staged a demonstration against TNA Parliamentarian SivagnanamSridharan for allegedly making defamatory remarks about EPDP, MP, KulasinghamTheelipan.
The protest was held near the Divisional Secretaries office in Vavuniya.
EPDP supporters also burnt an effigy of MP Sivagnanam.
Demonstrators alleged that Sritharan had directed a scathing attack on Kulasingham as the latter had omitted a name of a Parliamentarian during a debate.
