Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe met Singapore’s Foreign Minister Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan in Hanoi, Vietnam when they attended the World Economic Forum regional meeting in September this year. The Free Trade Agreement Sri Lanka signed with Singapore has been criticized by the opposition political parties.
