The government allocates four billion rupees for medical equipment repairs.

Four billion rupees have been allocated for the Health Ministry to repair medical equipment in government hospitals.

MRI machines at Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital, Apeksha Hospital, and Kandy Teaching Hospital are to be repaired using this fund.

Eleven out of 13 MRI machines in government hospitals are currently in operation.
