Ketagoda to Parliament, Cabral to Central Bank.

The SLPP has decided to nominate Jayantha Ketagoda to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of State Minister Nivard Cabral.
Cabral meanwhile, is scheduled to assume duties as the Governor of the Central Bank.
