Molnupiravir. Covid drug to be imported

  Six pharmaceutical importers have been given the green light to import the oral antiviral pill to treat Covid patients, Molnupiravir. According to Health Ministry sources, a local drug manufacturer has also shown interest to produce the same locally. However, Health Ministry sources said the drug is still going through a rigorous testing process and has not been certified as an effective drug to treat Covid 19.
