Two hundred kilograms of heroin detected and nine suspects arrested during a joint operation conducted in Mirissa this morning by the Navy and the Police.
The raid was conducted after the State intelligence Service alerted the Navy and the Police.
The heroin was found concealed in gas tanks and gunny bags.
