No confidence motion defeated

The no-confidence motion against Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila was defeated by 91 votes this evening.

61 members of Parliament voted in favour of the No-confidence motion brought by the Samagi Janabala Wegaya (SJB) while 152 voted against it
