Public Security Minister Tiran Alles said in Parliament that the FBI and Australian Federal Police have identified Naufer Mowlavi as the mastermind of the Easter Sunday attacks.
He added that international investigations into the Easter Sunday attacks have been completed, and cases have been filed based on the investigations.
“There is no evidence that I.P. Abu Bakr ever abducted Sahara Jasmine in a car”, he added.
He added that the investigation report given to the Attorney General’s Department has asked the department not to file an action against him.
“But the Attorney General’s Department filed a case. That’s how he got interdicted.” The Minister added that Abubakr is now selling king coconut after languishing for several years in prison.
