One person infected with the Omicron variant of the Covid 19 pandemic has died in the United Kingdom.
Foreign media quoting UK Prime Minister Boris Jhonson said that it was the first death reported in the UK owing to the Omicron variant.
The Omicron variant claims a life in the UK.
