French President Emmanuel Macron has extended an invitation to President Ranil Wickremesinghe to address a high-level panel discussion at the Global Leaders Summit for a New Global Financing Pact, scheduled to take place in Paris on June 22nd and 23rd, 2023, the Presidential Media Division said.
The event brings together experts from heads of state and government, leaders of international organisations, and representatives of civil society, foundations, funds, and the private sector.
