President-elect Ranil Wickremesinghe was sworn in today as the 8th Executive President of Sri Lanka before Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya PC
He was receivedat the Parliamentary complex by the Speaker Mahind a Yapa Abeywardene and the Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dassanaike.
Meanwhile the President Wickremesinghe has appointed Saman Ekanayake as the Secretary to the President
