Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa defied the curfew imposed by the government and went on a protest march from the office of the Leader of the Opposition towards Independence Square, accompanied by many Parliamentarians of the SJB.
Police encountered the protest march with barricades and swarms of Policemen around the place.
