Pradeep Gunawardene, Chairman of the Lanka Salu Sala Limited and CEO of the SLFP, passed away this morning at the Kotalawala Defence University (KDU) Hospital in Werahera
He was receiving treatment for the COVID 19 infection in the hospital at the time of his death sources said.
