Special Goods and Services Tax Bill needs 2/3 majority and referendum-Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has said that several clauses of the Special Goods and Services Tax Bill are inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution. The Court has further determined the Bill needs to be passed by a special majority of Parliament and people at a referendum.
