State Minister Lanza resigns.

State Minister for Rural Road Development Nimal Lanza has tendered his resignation from his ministerial portfolio. Addressing the President, Lanza, while thanking him for appointing him as a state minister, stated that his conscience doesn't permit him to continue and look aloof when the masses are suffering.
