For more than a year now the government has tried to regularize the Three-Wheeler trade, but have made no headway yet.
With much fan-fare the government introduced a Three Wheel service dedicated to the Tourist industry. Yet, it is dragging its feet in implementing the regulations that will ensure better protections for Sri Lankan passengers who use these vehicles.
