U.S. ‘provokes’ Russia; Flies RQ-4 Hawk drone 100 kms away from Crimea after Reaper crash

The US has sent another surveillance drone over the Black Sea days after its MQ-9 Reaper drone crashed after two Russian jets intercepted it on March 14. An RQ-4 Global Hawk flew a mission over the Black Sea on Friday, according to two US officials. The downing of a U.S. MQ-9 drone on Tuesday was the first direct U.S.-Russian incident since the Ukraine war began.
