JVP Politburo member Lal Kantha says the presidential election campaign has started unofficially.
He said that the government postponed the local government election, which was scheduled to be held on March 9, as they were in fear of their defeat.
The government didn’t hold the election on March 9 as they knew that they would lose the election”, he said.
He said that the victory of the National People’s Party at any election in the country is a forgone conclusion.
