Another ship catches fire in the Indian Ocean

The engine room of the container ship MSC MESSINA reportedly caught fire while traversing the Indian Ocean halfway between Sri Lanka and Malacca Straits. The ship is on it's way from Sri Lanka to Singapore. According to shipping sources, the ship was 480 nautical miles away from the Great Basses Reef Light House in the South.
