The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will help Sri Lanka digitize data in the agricultural sector

President Ranil Wickremesinghe met with representatives from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday, the Presidential Media Division said.   The President discussed with them the digitization of data in the agriculture sector, a key focus of the government. The officials from the foundation expressed willingness to support these efforts, subject to the government's policies and regulations on the provision of financial support and modern technology, the PMD said.
