Keheliya new Minister of Health and G.L given Foreign Affairs
In a Cabinet reshuffle effected by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Minister KeheliyaRambukwella, hitherto functioned as the Minister of Media, has been given the responsibility of handling the country’s health sector as the new Minister of Health
Pavithra Wanniarchchi has been appointed the Minister of Transport and DullasAllahapperuma as the Minister of Media.
The other significant change in the Cabinet is the appointment of G.L Peiris as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Dinesh Gunawardene as the Minister of Education.
The other changes are Gamini Lokuge, who appointed the Minister of Power, and NamalRajapaksa has been given additional responsibility as Supervisory Minister in charge of development coordination.
