Covid 19 pandemic ,156 deaths recorded on August 11.

The Covid 19 death rate reached alarming proportions, with Health authorities confirming that 156 people have died of the Corona infection on the 11th of August.
The total number of deaths now stands at 5620, the source said.
However, there is no decision by the government r to impose a lockdown or declare curfew to restrict the movement of people to arrests the fast-spreading delta variant of the pandemic.
The government has pointed out a lockdown is only possible after the vaccination programmeends in another six weeks.
Meanwhile, medical experts warned today that the next two weeks would be critical and urged the people to impose a self-restrain and stay indoors.
The health authorities also said that more than 3000people tested positive today for Covid 19.
