Litro Gas Lanka today increased the prices of domestic liquefied petroleum (LP) gas cylinders, and the new prices are effective from midnight today.
Accordingly, the price of a 12.5 kg LP cylinder will increase by Rs. 343. The new price is Rs. 3,470.
Company officials said that the 5kg cylinder will be increased by Rs. 137 to Rs. 1,393.
The price of a 2.3-kg cylinder will also be increased by Rs. 63, and the new price is Rs. 650.
Company officials said that the price revision was introduced as per the price revising formula, in consideration of the current prices prevailing in the global market.
