A Gazette notification has been issued reducing the prices of sixty types of medicines

Health Minister. Keheliya Rambukwella has issued an Extraordinary Gazette notification reducing the prices of 60 medicines by 16 per cent with effect from June 26. These medicines include Amoxicillin and Clavulanic, Clarithromycin, Azithromycin, Azithromycin, Atenolol, Atorvastatin, Insulin, and Thyroxin.
