Japan responds positively.

Japanese Prime Minister has responded positively to a request made by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to provide 600000 doses of the Astra Zeneca Vaccines.

Japanese Ambassador in Colombo who called on the President conveyed the Japanese Prime Minister's response to the request made by the President. Japan will also provide the equipment needed to combat the global pandemic which is spreading fast in Sri Lanka.

Japan responds positively.
