The Colombo Crime Division has arrested an ex-Air Force officer, for allegedly threatening to attack an institution by the name of “The Foreign International Relations” in Colombo,
Police Spokesman Ajith Rohana has reportedly said the arrest was following a complaint received by the Colpetty Police station.
The complaint has been made by one of the officials of the institution of an imminent attack on the institution. The suspect Keerthi Ratnayake is attached to the Lanka E News as a columnist of their website.
The CCD is conducting further investigations.
