Nihal Keppetipola new Chairman Ports Authority

Nihal Keppetipola has replaced General Daya Ratnayake as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. Presently he is serving as the Managing Director of the Ports Authority and also served as the Chief Harbour Master at one point. Meanwhile, Daya Ratnayake who has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Industries is likely to assume duties shortly. Anusha Palpita held the post of Secretary to the Ministry of Industries until today. .Mr Palpita was Chairman of the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission during the presidency of Mahinda Rajapaksa.
