No vaccines for nearly 120,000 people in Kandy

Nearly 120,000 people in the Kandy district are left in the lurch without the second dose of the vaccination. They received Sputnik V as the first dose against Covid 19. They are facing a grave danger, Chief opposition Whip Lakshman Kiriella has reportedly said. He pointed out that though three months have elapsed, after the first dose, they are yet to receive the second dose. He said the government should intervene at its earliest to get them the sputnik vaccine under the circumstances.
