People's Bank clarifies.

The People's Bank today responded to the statement issued by the Chinese embassy that their decision to withhold the payment was due to an interim injunction issued by a competent Court restraining the Bank.
The bank has further asserted that steps would be taken by the Bank regarding payments depending on the future rulings of the Court regarding the matter.
