Rice Importation under the Pakistan – Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal tabled by the Minister of Trade to take steps to import 6,000 metric tons of rice immediately following the provisions under the Pakistan – Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement as a solution for the rice shortage prevailing in the marke.
