Seven people have died, and 30 others injured following an accident that took place after a bus carrying a group of students from Thurstan College, Colombo on an education tour veered off the road and fell into a precipice in Radella, Nuwara Eliya.
President Ranil Wickremesinghe has instructed relevant officials to provide all necessary assistance to the students injured in the accident at Nanu Oya and if required for the Air Force to airlift those who are serious to Colombo – PMD-
