637 persons have been arrested for violating the quarantine rules during the last 24 hours ending at 06.00 am today (09).
According to the Police Headquarters, 67,979 persons have been arrested since October 30.
In addition, 41 vehicles were seized by the police yesterday (08) for violating the quarantine rules. The Police Headquarters stated that these operations will continue throughout the island.
