SJB expels Diana

The Working Committee of the Samagi Jana Blawegaya (SJB) has unanimously decided to expel Parliamentarian Diana Gamage from the party. The decision came after Ms Gamage defected the party ranks to vote with the government in favour of the 20th amendment to the Constitution. The Working Committee of the Party decided following recommendations of a disciplinary committee appointed for the purpose.
