Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) chairman former President Maithripala Sirisena says his party will remain neutral at the vote on Domestic Debt Restructuring programme.
The former President issuing a statement says the Domestic Debt Optimization brings certain positive elements into the national economy but there are a few issues to be considered further.
