The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Rome implemented a “Special Inquiry Hours” program in order to efficiently handle telephone inquiries and communicate with Sri Lankans in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, San Marino, Albania, and Malta.

According to Deputy Chief of Mission Ratnasingam Kohularangan, this program was commenced with effect from Friday, May 12, 2023, and one dedicated telephone line is available in Sinhala, Tamil, and English on every working Friday from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs.

In addition, people who are unable to get access have been requested to send an email to consular.rome@mfa.gov.lk with their contacts (name and telephone number), requirements, and copies of relevant documents, enabling this mission to contact them at the earliest.(IR)
