Is it subjudice to discuss the "Express Pearl" matter in Parliament?

  Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena called for party leaders to meet to decide whether the House should continue to debate the "Express Pearl Disaster." This was after the minister of justice raised a point of order, stating that since the matter is before a court of law, they should not debate it. The Speaker then announced that the House would be adjourned for ten minutes to take a decision. J
