Puttlam Police has arrested three persons in connection with the death of Puttlam UC Chairman K. A Baiz.
Mr Baiz died due to a road accident when he fell off his double cab. He was seated in the rear end of the cab when the accident occurred, according to reports.
Police arrested the Cab driver and two others travelling in the cab at the time of the accident.
