Litro to release 350,000 gas cylinders over next three days

Litro Gas Lanka says it plans to release 350,000 gas cylinders to the market over the next three days following the arrival of a fresh shipment of liquefied petroleum gas.
The company said the vessel Corinthian, carrying 3,900 metric tonnes of gas, arrived in Sri Lanka on Thursday.
Unloading began the same afternoon, allowing the company to release around 350,000 cylinders to the market.
Litro said the new shipment would enable uninterrupted distribution across the country and that consumers should be able to purchase gas cylinders as usual.
The company also urged the public to avoid unnecessary stockpiling.
