Court rejects Police request
A request made by the Colpetty Police to remove a group of protesters assembled outside Temple Trees was today rejected by Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court. Colombo Additional Magistrate Harshana Kekunawala made this order when the Police made an application to the court claiming that an ongoing protest outside Temple Trees in Colpetty is causing disturbances to the public.
