Arrest warrant against Sanath Nishantha recalled

The Court of Appeal decided to recall arrest warrant issued against State Minister Sanath Nishantha since he surrendered before Court in connection with three contempt of court cases.

The Court of Appeal severely warned the State Minister to be present in court every day as directed by court. The Court observed that it would compell to impose bail conditions if he failed to appear on time for the future hearings.
